Nothing beats a wagyu brisket at Christmas, especially one cooked by @2girlsandagrillnz . Cherie seasoned hers with Rum & Que Bull Dust and grilled it to perfection… but what about the leftovers?
Turn them into BRISKET, CHEESE & JALAPEÑO WONTONS! 🌶️🧀
1️⃣ Mix pulled brisket with a splash of Four Sauceman Beef Gravy.
2️⃣ Chop jalapeños small and add to the mix.
3️⃣ Lay out wonton wrappers, brush edges with water, and seal tight
4️⃣ Heat oil to ~170°C and deep fry 2–3 mins until golden & crispy.
5️⃣ Season straight away with Rum & Que Intensify.
Cool slightly… then dig in! 🤤
